ARTICLE 1 – PRICE
Prices are valid at the time of order.
- The prices of our products are indicated in euros. All prices are inclusive of VAT (where applicable) at the current rate and are correct at the time of entering the information onto the system. Prices are excluded processing and shipping fees.
- For orders from a countries other than France you are the importer of the products concerned:For all products shipped outside the European Union and overseas territories, the price will be calculated excluding taxes automatically on the invoice. Customs duties, import, local taxes . may be occued. These rights are not within the E-Moi responsibility. It will be at your own charge.
- All the orders whatever their origin are payable in Euros via credit card, check or paypal.
- We reserve the right to amend prices without notice from time to time.
- The products remain the property of E-Moi until full payment received.
ARTICLE 2 – ORDER and VADILATION

All order information can be presented in French and English . E-MOI will confirm you reception of the all order information before the delivery time.
E-MOI reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute over payment of a previous order.

ARTICLE 3 – AVAILABILITY
Our products and prices are valid until they are visible on the site, subject to availability.

ARTICLE 4 – DELIVERY
All order through website www.emoi-france.fr are shipped by express shipping service Colissimo france/ international.
The products are delivered to the shipping address you provided during the order process.
Shipping fees are calculated as soon as you enter your shipping address and appear in the final amount when you complete your order.

Full payment must be made prior to shipment of the products ordered. The total cost of your order is the price of the products ordered plus delivery charges.
E-Moi accept payment of your purchases:
– Payment by credit or debit cards: Visa, MasterCard. The debit of the card is made at the time of shipment of the order. In the event of non-authorisation of payment by your card issuer you will receive an on screen notification and your order will not be processed. We cannot accept liability for any losses or costs incurred or sustained by customers who transmit credit or debit card information.
All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to, or does not, for any reason, authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

ARTICLE 6: RETURN / EXCHANGE
E-Moi are committed to providing you with good service and high quality products.
If you are not satisfied with your order, E-Moi is committed to exchange or refund you the products concerned.
You have a period of 7 days from the date of receipt to return the products.
Items returned incomplete, damaged, used or dirtied by the client are not acceptable

ARTICLE 7 – REFUND
Only the price of the product purchased will be refunded . The shipping and return fee will be at your expense.
Exchanges / Refunds products will be made within less than or equal to 15 days after receipt of goods by us.
Reimbursement will be made to the E-Moi by bank check sent to the French customers to adress on the bill or by bank transfer to international clients.
